Need a little HELP!!
 

I have been studying the help page where the tutorials are listed. I have 2 areas which I can't seem to find on my own how to do.
1. For the life of me I can't find the "insert image" on top of the message box that looks like a framed picture of a tree. That is probably half of my problem!!

2. I want to post a picture in the block where it is below my Avatar, ect, on my page. I am in Madein Maine's Block Swap and have posted to her page. This is in the box on my page which has a slot for a picture of a group/groups you are in. I can't do this, and I know it is easy!!

3. Posting a picture to the picture section. I watched the tutorial, but still can't get it.

Will appreciate any and all help!

I will check my private messages in a day or two for the helps. I guess this is how it is done.

you should see the tree if you click on the blue "Go Advanced" button.

you won't see pictures in the list of Groups you are in unless the creators of those Groups have uploaded an image to represent those Groups.
