New Pattern Post Removed.....

I posted a question the other day about why "free pattern" links were considered invalid and after only two responses, the post was removed. Anyone know why?

did you post the LINK in the links/resources section?

From my experience, if the link is one that asks or gives you an opportunity to "join" or "register" at that site....it is a no, no. I love free patterns, so I guess we should resort to PMing each other with the links. If this answer causes this question to be deleted again, I apologise. It makes no sense whatsoever.

From the Rules for this Forum:
- Do not post links promoting any "signup" pages, newsletters, lists, message boards, sweepstakes, giveaways, contests, voting pages, etc. That includes any sites that are meant to collect "signups" or personal data for any purpose.

Firstly, if you have a question about why a Thread was removed, contact a Moderator by PM. The forum should not be filled with complaints about removed Threads.

Secondly, if you go to your recent started threads, on 2/2, two Moderators gave you explanations about that Thread and locked it. That is why your next thread was deleted.

Members who continually post Threads with the intent to create controversy or otherwise disrupt the community can be given an infraction or be banned.
