I can't view any pictures either :-( I'm just getting the paperclip and "attached image". Also on a tablet.

i opened 7 picture threads and all the photos are there.
without information about your computer, browser, and operating system it will be difficult to help identify the cause of your problem.

I am not able to see pics on my kindle since yesterday.

I suspect that the issue is with viewing on tablets or phones. I clicked on "view full site" at the very bottom of the page, which loads the forum up as you would see it on a computer, and the images work that way. So it must be a problem with the mobile version of the site.

Me too. I'm on my kindle fire can't seeany thing. Getting the little paperclip. I've not had this before. My pc has a virus so waiting for a new protection plan to come in mail. I miss my pictures.

Just clicked on full sight and I got pictures so I don't think it's my kindle. Maybe Patrice can help. She's all knowing. Lol

Same for me on Android. Most, not all, but if it's just the paper clip and says attachments then I can't open.

i have sent a report to tech support.
they were required to install a software update.

it has had some ... errr ... interesting results.
they are as frustrated as we are.
they will get it fixed as soon as possible.
