Notification by email about posted threads
 

Do we still get a notification in our email with answers or other posts to threads we have put on the forum? I don't seem to be getting any. What do I have to click... I will check back to see if anybody can help or please send me a private message. Thanks, Quilter 1234

Yes and no. You can set your default settings so that you emails, and you can override that setting on any individual topic. However - the problem is that you will get an email for EVERY post that goes to that thread. Previously we just got one email until we looked at the thread, but now you could have dozens.

To change the default settings - go to Settings/General Settings/Default thread subscription mode
To change for just one topic - when you're in the topic go to the top of the topic, thread tools, subscribe to this thread.

Yes you can set it to get individual, digest mode of weekly and I forget the other one. Go into your profiles and look around for the feature to allow you to do so. I just did it couple hours ago but wasn't paying attention that much. Just followed what it offered and clicked what I wanted it to be.

I believe the options are for instant email notification, daily email, weekly email, or notification only by looking at your subscriptions on the board online. I really miss that "tell me once but only once until I look again" option.
