Password
 

I have forgotten my password because I have told my iPad to remember it for me. Now when I try to log into the QB on my PC, what I thought was my password does not work. How can I recover/ reset my password?

while you are logged in on your iPad, go to Settings.
use the option you will find there to change your password.

you will need to log out on the iPad, of course, and log back in using the new password.
the new password will work on both devices. :)
