Pics in pm's
 

Why can I only send URL links in pm's and no personal pics from my computer? Is this some sort of safety thing? Or do I need to change a setting or something?

It's for our protection that you cannot insert your personal photos into a PM. The alternatives would be to get the recipient's email address, or post the pictures on sites like Flickr and then link to them. Oh, and one more alternative, you could put them into an album here in the QB!

actually, members are not permitted to post links to their websites or affiliated pages.

But linking a pic in an album here on the site is ok, right?

I meant that she could link to a Flickr or the like in a PM, is that ok, Nancy? And I'll let you field her next question also...Thanks!
