Please, Advice on posting pictures to board

I am so used to sending photos easily with texts and email from phone that I am finding it a challenge to figure out how to post them here on the board.

I have opened a photobucket account and I have resized photos. I have tried using the share option on photobucket but this board doesn’t seem to recognize the formatting options photobucket provides. I see the icon allowed for posting above as a picture frame around a tree but have ended up with hangtime when trying to post photos from my device.

So, I have the photos I want to share. I have resized them using photobucket. All I need to do is figure out which share option on photobucket will work with quiltingboard.com.

I feel sheepish not being able to figure it out. Please help if you can. Thanks, Darcyshannon

members should not use a hosting site to display photos here. it falls under sending other members to your own/affiliated site. please visit this forum for many hints on how to post your pictures directly to the Quilting Board.

the only way at present to post photos from a mobile device is to force your browser into Full Site mode.
then you can post them as though you were at your computer.

each brand and model of device, plus each browser app, have different settings to force to full site.
you will need to fiddle with your device and browsers in order to find it.
there are too many for us to figure it out for you.

we know it's painful for those who prefer mobile devices to real computers but it's what we're stuck with until the techs can find a way to improve the "mobile skin."
even then i think it might be problematic for some because device and software makers keep changing things.
that's a lot for any site platform and tech team to keep up with.

my most sincere recommendation is to transfer your photos to your computers and post from there.
