The pop ups are back. :(
 

They’d been gone for a few weeks but the last couple days they’re popping up on the QB again.

Im using safari on my iPad.

Yes they are here again. I also use Safari on my IPad.

Me, too on my iPad. I’m getting pop ups from “Amazon” telling me I’m a winner and fill out some info to win a Samsung phone...I just glance at it and hit the button to delete, but the blasted thing keeps coming. Yesterday and today. Annoying and it looks authentic. Wonder if Amazon knows?

Safari and pop ups for me on my desktop as well.

Thanks for helping with this, Patrice. I checked my settings in Safari and the pop-ups were blocked. How they got past that, I have no idea, but the pop-ups haven't been as noticeable when I've gone onto the QB.

Ditto here. Only happens on Quilting Board. I also have pop ups blocked in settings. Although today, it hasn’t happened.

Same here. Pop up blocker is on and I only get pop ups on this site.

the techs have figured out what's happening.
unfortunately it does not originate with their system.
it originates with some of the ad-stream providers who do not attempt to block malicious ads.
so far they have not been able to pinpoint which providers are guilty.

the only thing i can say for sure is that:
-our techs know it has started again;
-they know you don't like it;
-they are doing the best they can to stop it again.

one unfortunate reality is that the world is full of creeps.
as soon as the tech team finds a way to block them they will start working on a way around that.
