Posting a BMP photo

Since last week update, I have not been able to post a BMP photo from EQ. I do have the newer version of EQ but I keep forgetting to save as JPEG. Have BMP photo been eliminated with the newest software update on QB? I have no difficulty posting a JPEG photo from my Windows XP. THANKS

wow, when i tried to add a picture, the screen says "Allowed Filetypes: jpg, jpeg, png, gif"
i was not aware that .bmp's are not allowed.

.bmp is a "dinosaur" format.
i noticed some time ago (a few years) that i could see posted .bmp images using some computers, but not on others.
.png will upload, too, but that format is also sometimes "iffy."
not sure about .gif

it's best to use .jpg
EQ will assume you want to save images to the last format used.
you should be able to save everything to .jpg from EQ without having to remember to switch from .bmp

I now have EQ7 and unless you remember to change it EACH TIME you export a drawing, it defaults to BMP. Maybe I am missing something. Still trying to learn going from EQ5.
