Posting a NEW THREAD image problem.
 

When I click on the "Insert Image" icon the "From Computer/From URL" window appears briefly, but then the page freezes up and I can do no more. Can anyone assist me in fixing this? Thanks in advance

May I please have a reply to this question?

I just posted pictures using that icon to the Virtual Sewing weekend thread, and they went through no problem. I'm not a computer whiz, but sometimes when things don't work for me, I close down the computer and restart and whatever glitch there was goes away.
Hopefully a moderator will see your question and maybe give you another suggestion if mine doesn't work for you. Good luck!

Here is what I am doing. I open up THIS PC, Click open PICTURES, CLICK open THE PICTURE and click OPEN WITH PAINT. Then I resize to Horizontal 480 Pixels and 640 Vertical Pixels. I then go to MEMBER SWAPS & ROUND ROBINS. Here I click POST NEW THREAD and type in the TITLE and MESSAGE. I then click on INSERT IMAGE. The INSERT IMAGE COMPUTER/URL window opens up. In 2 seconds the page goes pale and the OK AND CANCEL buttons disappear and the page freezes up. I have no other problems on this or other sites. Can someone please assist me in posting. Thanks.

In your steps, you didn't mention that, once you resized the picture, you saved it. Did you? If not, maybe try that?

the exact same thing is happening to me, I have resize the image also, never had this problem before

this is exactly what is happening to me, I was able to put in my album but that's as far as I get

I did save it, but still will it will not post. It looks like I am not the only one having this problem. It just started recently.

Here is your quilt. I didn't know what thread you wanted it under. I will copy and paste it under pictures
