I've done it as there are 3 there. But in trying to add some...from my hard drive..in .jpg format...i click "Upload" and it tells me "file upload failed"..but doesn't say why? Any thoughts?

Your file size is probably too big.

What's max size? I have it at 4.0 and then changed to 3.0 and still...won't load.

i can't remember the maximum allowable sizes for the photos we can upload to our profiles.
i have written tech support to ask.
