Posting pictures
 

I don't see a where you would post a picture. Can someone help me?

Below the reply window are 3 aqua buttons. The "Go Advanced" button is the one you push for pics. It takes you to another page so that you can upload from camera, PC, phone, whatever. Try it and see if that works for you. Oh....I forgot to tell you to click the "Manage Attachments" button to browse your files.

I am still lost. I clicked on Post New Thread and typed my information. I do not see any reply window or "Go Advanced" button. Also when I clicked the Manage Attachments button it said it couldn't download my picture.

Hi, for anybody not seeing things as described for posting pictures, first thing to check is this:
1. Click "SETTINGS" up on top of any page
2. Click "General Settings" on next page
3. Scroll down to "Misc. Options"
4. Look for "Message Editor Interface"
5. Make sure that "Enhanced - Full WYSIWYG has a dot in front of it. If not, dot it.
6. Make sure to scroll down to bottom of page and click the "Save Changes" button.
7. You may need to sign out of QB and back in, not sure, so couldn't hurt.

Good luck, post again if you are still not seeing icons. It may be a problem with the browser software or operating system you're using.

I am still having problems. When I try to upload my file (picture) it says "upload has failed."

could you please go to the picture, right click on it, and click properties? post on here the size (how many kb's or mb's) and the file extension (jpg, bmp, etc.) of the picture.

Here is the information - JPG file Size - 266MB 12,792,008 bytes Size of disk - 2.66 12,793,472 bytes

Ok, as I suspected, the reason you got the error message is because 2.66 MB is over the size limitation. Here is a chart of the size restrictions:

There's excellent help at this thread for resizing pictures. Also, see my post there about changing your camera setting so resizing isn't an issue. Good luck!
