I just tried to post a picture but the upload "failed". I don't know what I did wrong and I couldn't find the link that explains how to post pictures. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you.

It depends on what you are posting from but some instructions I think are in the top of the QB Help section.

Usually it is the size of the photo.

you probably need to resize it and either make it smaller or fewer pixels. Most computer photo programs allow you to do that--if it's Windows photo you can do it in the "paint" screen.
