Reply on Posts
It has happened again. When I go to post a Reply on a statement someone has made about something they have made or seen, my reply gets cut off and doesn't go through.
When it happened before it got straightened out very quickly. Please take a look and if I am doing something wrong, let me know and I will get it straightened out on my part. Thanks! Mariah |
I don't know how to help. Try to reply to this and see what happens.

I'm not sure I understand what's happening. When you say it gets "cut off", what happens? Is only part of your response there? Are you in an area with spotty internet? What kind of device are you using, computer or mobile device?

Mine is also different than it used to be. Scroll up and down and you should find it. Mine used to be at the bottom of the page with a large blank area to add your comment. Now it is in the center with a small blank white area which can be missed.

Also, I can no longer post pictures from my IPad. So disappointing.

Most times copying the picture and then pasting in the reply will work.

I've found my reply is actually there. I just have to return to the original post, click back on it, and I find my reply at the end of the other replies.

I have a new Windows 10 laptop and am experiencing the same problem when using Internet Explorer as my browser. When I switch over and open quiltingboard.com in Edge, I don't have the problem. I don't like Edge because the Print function doesn't have a preview and doesn't give you an option of which printer you want to use or what folder, if you are using a PDF printer, you want it to go to. So, I switch back and forth and usually have 2 sessions of Quiltingboard running. One in IE and one in Edge. A pain in the patoot!

Try using Mozilla Firefox (free). I find it plays much nicer with sites than most of the other web browsers and you can use the Ad Block feature for far fewer pop ups. Just a suggestion.
