Are there any tutorials as to using the new site?

I would like more help in navigating. I am learning some things from questions, but would appreciate a tutorial or two.

I would like one too!! I am having so many problems trying to figure things out..maybe someone will help us...

There are lots. Here are three sticky topics at the top of the QB help forum. One is a link to the FAQ's. Here is the link also

http://www.quiltingboard.com/faq.php

Patrice just posted a linked to the Help archive (and the same link to the archives on each forum, so people who would rather look that way can get there easily). Also especially interesting is the sticky thread (means it will always stay at the top) on how to resize your pictures so they will be under the size limits.

When will the the website return to it's previous design? I am sorry, I am lost and getting a headache from the continous movement at top. Also, all the ads and weird set-up is confusing. I miss reading all and being able to stay on one page and read easier. I miss the old site. Hopefully.....lil gma

I miss the old site also. The new one is to confussing,I hardly get on anymore:(

I don't like the jumping around this does, you can't stay just on one page. Other sites that still have the old way are still the best. - J.

How about a choice between old & new???

coolgram247 11-27-2011 09:10 AM

This new format is very confusing. I used to look forward to coming here, now it is only if I have lots of time to figure out how to look at what I want to see. It wasn't broke, why did they try to fix it?

I just have to say, "stick with it, guys". I didn't care for the changes at first, either, but I try to think of myself as being flexible and forward thinking, so I stuck with it, and kept coming back, and playing with it. They have listened to us on the things that give us trouble and have changed several things already. Many of the new things are great. Give it a chance. Remember....the only person who likes chance is a wet baby.

I totally agree, seems like I died!!! No responses!!! Please let me know if this gets to you!

This is just nuts!! I lucked out ONCE and posted a picture, but cannot do it again to save my soul. I have been on here for two lost hours of my life. I'm old and don't have time for this nonsense. I used to brag to other sites as to the simplicity of this one and how user friendly it WAS. I feel like a total idiot posting away that I'm sending pics, but none ever show up. They are sized and everything, but I can't get past the bar that says MANAGE something. YIKES!!
