Unauthorized message in my Notifications
 
I have answered this message and have tried several times to delete it but it's still there. How do I remove it? TY!

is it a Visitor Message or a Private Message?

It says it is an 'unapproved visitor message' and says I have 6 because I tried to delete four times and it's counting those, too!

click in the checkbox to the upper right of each message that you want to delete. then scroll down to the moderation tools in the blue rectangle. choose the operation you need and click proceed. follow the instructions that follow
