How you all noticed that on this new format, you have to go to last pg to see the picture? I finally realized this instead of going thru all pages.

you do not have to view that way.

if you go into your Settings (upper right of every page) there are a number of ways to customize your view.
if you change your Thread Display Mode: to Linear - Oldest First you will start at the first post whenever you open a Thread. (see General Settings)

The pictures come up for me where ever they are posted in each of the individual threads/comments. At least they do so far. Maybe I am not understanding what you are trying to convey here.

I also see pictures where ever they are posted in each of the treads/comments. Although there are times when I just see the tiny box with the red x. When that happens I right click, select copy and then paste it in microsoft office. Look at the picture and delete the page.
