why won't my picture load?

I just tried to send a picture and did everything I thought I should do..but it kept telling me "my upload has failed". Help?

Your pic may be too big.
That's usually the problem if it says 'failed to upload'.
You may want to try re-sizing your pic.

oldpiglady.... I'm not computer literate but I was able to help another member load her picture when she emailed it to me. If you would like to do this route, please send me a PM and I'll try to post your picture for you.

I have to access QB thru google chrome to upload a picture here on the board. maybe my programs on the computer just aren't up to date enough otherwise.

How do I do that?

If you have a regular computer (not Apple) you may have a program called Paint loaded on it. Paint is used to edit pictures. When you open the picture file in paint there is a tool bar at the top and on the toolbar toward the left hand side there is a Resize option. Click resize and a menu will pop up asking you how much you want to resize. I always change the 100 to 50 and with my pictures I have to do this about 3 times to get my pictures reduced enough. Make sure you save your reduced size picture before you close the program, then try to re-post it. I hope this helps. Good luck.

Here's some more re-sizing information for the help section of the Board. Click this link:
