Love the grow chart idea! Instead of using a wall and, maybe, painting over it someday. a record that can be kept forever. Love it!

carriem & dublb...thank you so much for the kind words. I wish I had made this one for me..but Richard is a very special person...making this for him was a peaceful endeavor for me...a very enjoyable one!

A lovely Asian quilt Missgigglewings. Just want to report my 2nd finish for 2013. The "You are My Sunshine" baby quilt. Turned out darling but I've had it with trying to post pictures on here so I am not even going to bother again until I talk with a tech friend of mine for advice.

This is SO gorgeous, I'd love to put it on my 'one day' list . . . Could you tell me the pattern? You did a wonderful job, it is just lovely!

I have made a lot of rail fence quilts, and it has never occurred to me to use my ends as another border!! You are a genius! I am SO going to remember this cool idea!! =))

looks great!

Wow, you guys are inspiring me to use up some scraps! But, wait I can't! I still have at least 10 unfinished projects I have to get done before I start anything 'new!'

Great job on all the finished projects! I especially like the little fishy quilt with the border and fish block off center!
