AND we have a flimsy!!!!! I'm so happy to have this top done. And really happy to clean my sewing space up! It's a cheddar/plum mess!!! I added an extra border of neutral 4patches and one row of cheddar/neutral. I am pleased. I also put Cheddar centers in the outside red stars and I put all DARK 4 patches in the sashes where the light/dark 4 patches meet. It just really bugged me that the one direction butted against a light patch. Now...I suppose I shouldn't put everything away until I piece my backing.....

Wow! Magnificent! I love the cheddar/neutral border addition. What are you using for backing?

I bought 9-10 yards of some gold/(Cheddar )on sale last weekend at a store here in Texas that's closing its doors and going strictly to online sales. Between that and my extra pieces I should be good.

Love it, audsgirl... It's funny but I've finished my En Provence but not my Allietare! And I only got my Grand Illusion quilted last week. That thing was HUGE.
