I too didn't want to do all those little pieces in a paper pieced tractor. So I did a applique one. After all this is our own quilt and no quilt police here. lol.

Thanks Judith. My husband tractor is red so I went with red. I haven't squared up my block yet.

Teen hope you show your progress. When people show pictures it encourages us to keep going and gives inspiration for our own spin on the blocks. That's one thing I love about the board the way everyone helps and inspires us. Thanks for your comment on my block.

Mary, I love your tractor especially the large back tire. I haven't dropped out but I am still behind 2 blocks, Tom and Edna. Still a little disappointed in some of the block choices for a "farm quilt", although I really do like all the blocks.

I think most of us feel that way. I think I will make a couple couch cuddling size quilts for a couple great grand kids out of these blocks.
