Thanks Tweety, I like the way Bonnie's floral on black looked, so I'm actually using sort of black on black type fabrics so there isn't as much "movement" in those blocks. If we are using black more in some other blacks, which I assume we will be, additional blocks may have a bit more texture... never know with a mystery :) isn't this fun!

New clue out!! I may construct mine differently than Bonnie does, I did that with the chevron units last year and managed to work it out ok. Have fun, everyone. :)

Umm, wow. That second clue looks a little confusing! I'm going to use the second method, with the leftover HST units. That is, unless someone has a better suggestion since I won't have time to get into my sewing room until later today or tomorrow anyway.

I love that people are so willing to share ideas on this board!

Go to the quiltville blog site. It is the first thing that comes up. I'm sure there's a more tech-y way to do it, but that's what I do.

all cut and marked ...method 2.... one sewn and it looks great.....5:20 here so I will wait till 7a.m. to piece the lot.
neighbors have a baby and not sure how much of the sound travels.
