Kass, Too much strain on my brain. I think I like them all. Maybe the last is closest to the top!

I think I like all of them - can't decide for sure between the last two. However I really like the first one, just think it would look better with different colors and maybe a different cutting layout to remove a few seams. I do love the outer blocks, it's those four nine patch blocks all together that make me think something else in that middle would be a better fit.

Kass: After looking at these over and over, I kind of like blazing your own trail. I can see the secondary pattern which looks similar to a spinning pinwheel. Also the black point squares framing it. Congratulations!

Kassaundra very nice layouts, I'm liking 1, 4, and 5. It's going to be striking whichever way you go.

I just love those windmill paddles in the first design. I think that also has the nicest effect between the blocks.

Kass, I would say #1 is the most "your own". It would be a striking quilt and no one would say it was On Ringo Lake! Then, I really like #2, Bonnie's way but not on point, because I love the folded corners block. It's also the way I did mine. #3 is cool because it looks like a 2-block quilt. Beyond that, my brain got confused on #4 and #5....

Big decision, for you, but all your options are pretty.

Someone posted a photo of string setting triangles. I think I must do that. Any excuse to make string blocks!
