Always say a LoneStar is best when it makes your eyes pulsate a little. This one sure does. WTG Pat!

I saw the cutest Dolphin fabric scrap on sale last fall and knew it would make the perfect border for a quilt I was planning to make for my brother's girlfriend. The center is made from several of the Batik FQs I have in my stash and scraps from my brother's quilt. I called it Sunset Frolic. She was surprised and loved the faces I put on the dolphins in the center.

DflyNana--the appliqued dolphins put the final touch on this patchwork sunset. Is this your own design?

I've been lurking on this thread for some time now. Beautiful quilts coming from your stash. I finally finished some stash quilts to add. I sent these to OK after the tornado. I guess it took a disaster to get my creative juices flowing.

ArazonaKat - those are beautiful. Amazing how we pull together in a time of crisis, isn't it?
