3-2-1 Cake
These individual little cakes are amazing and ready to eat in one (1) minute!!!
Ingredients:
1 box Angel Food cake mix
1 box regular cake mix....any flavor
2 T. water

Instructions:
(1) In a large ziplock bag, dump the 2 cake mixes and mix well together.
``
(2) For each individual cake serving, take out 3 T. of the mix and combine with 2 T. water in a small microwave-safe container.
``
(3) Microwave this on HIGH for 1 minute and ENJOY!!
``
(4) Keep remaining mix in bag for a quick treat.
``
(5) Try different combinations but remember....1 of the mixes HAS to be angel food cake mix.

This sounds fun - what size container to use to allow for expansion of the cake - how big do they get? I was thinking of a container that would make 6 to share w/grand kids

I'm really excited to try this recipe! I love the little cake idea and I'm already thinking of some great combination. What combinations are you using? I would love to hear what everyone comes up with! :D
