    i haven't even looked at this yet but i love it! last year in minnesota the cub grocery store had rasberry lemonade muffins! they were so good! my mil knows she has to bring me some home whenever she goes up there to visit!

    I made a poke cake for a July 4th picnic and it came out great. I used a name brand white cake mix (I can't remember which one) which said you could use whole eggs instead of just the whites, which I did. It was so good, and I didn't have to find a use for extra yolks.

    Also, I prefer the traditional icing of vanilla pudding mixed with Cool Whip. Very rich and not too sweet. This recipe calls for Betty Crocker pre-made icing, but I guess that's because Betty Crocker doesn't make pudding mix! May as well try to sell one of their own products!
