Chicken on a stick

Cube chicken pieces. Cut up chunks of potatoes, carrots. etc.( your favorite vegetables) Season as desired. Coat with flour. Dip in egg milk mixute and again in flour. Put on skewers. Place on grill or in oven to cook If using wooded skewers, soak skewers in water for several minutes before loading to prevent them from burning.
