    Default Crab Casserole

I'm in search for a grilled or baked crab casserole that they have at the Chinese restaurants. Anyone have one of those???

I have a baked crab casserole recipe but have never seen it at a chinese restaurant. However, EVERYONE loves it.

    1 lb crab meat
    1 c mayo
1 c lite cream or milk
1 tablespoon chopped onion (I don't use this)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (if I remember)
2 hard boiled eggs - chopped
    2 c seasoned croutons
1/2 c sliced mushrooms - sauteed (don't use this either)

mix crab with mayo. Add other ingredients except for enough croutons to put on top. Put in greased casserole and top with croutons and tbsp butter (I usually forget the butter). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.

I serve with thin slices of toasted 'stick' bread. It's a fav.
