Yummy. My sis makes something similar but could never get my to turn out the same. I think I wasn't using the egg. Can't wait to try it.

I used to make these everytime I had mashed potatoes left over. You can use instant potatoes too. They are good.

mix the flour, mashed potatoes and eggs all together

Mmmm.my Mom used to make these and put in a can of salmon in at times for a change....with or without the salmon they are good!! Thank you for bringing back memories. These were one thing that tasted good with ketchup!
