Default To Die For Blueberry Muffins --with video link

I made these last night and must say, they are --by far--the best blueberry muffins I've ever had. Seriously, and I've had a lot. I was generous with the blueberries.

There's a hint in the video of how to keep muffins from burning. Good to know!

Thanks zozee for posting, I have looked at this very recipe and wondered if it turned out the way it looks. I'll give it a try.

I printed this recipe and will make it for our breakfast as soon as I finish with the Quilting Board. Thank you.

My oven runs 25 degrees hot so I baked at 375 . It took my muffins I think 22-23 minutes to be done.

Sounds good! Only thing I would add is- toss the blueberries in flour before adding to batter. It will keep them from sinking

For those who do not have the patience to wait a video out, here's the link to the recipe ....

Look delicious!

Does anyone have a recipe they would share for .....

Lemon Cornmeal Blueberry Muffins?

It's my all time favourite .... though I have lost the recipe.
It may have been a Weight Watchers recipe. And maybe not!
Thanks!!
