    Thank You Crafty Bear. Nothing like quick cold sanwiches on a hot day with your favorite lemonade recipe or ice tea.

    I agree I love lemonade and ice tea with sandwiches

    what is your favorite recipe for lemonade or teas?

    This recipe was in a local paper last week. I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds good. Cucumber Sandwich Spread.
    1 large cucumber peeled and grated. 3 T. vinegar, 1 T. lemon juice 1 T. sugar, 1 t. salt, 1/4 t. black pepper, 1 t. grated onion, 12 oz. cream cheese, softened. Combine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper and onion. Add cucumber and let soak for 15 minutes, drain. In separate bowl, combine soft cream cheese with drained cucumber and mix well. Refrigerate until using.
