Cool Pecan Pie Cookies

I just love pecan pie so.... When I ran across this recipe I just had to share with you all.

My friends make the Pecan cookie "cups" where you need the special tin. Both of them know they NEED to make extra for me when they make them cause I DON'T BAKE!!

I will however pass the recipe along to them so they can make me some

Yeah, having a pecan tree makes it worth while to use many pecan recipes. Thanks for this recipe.
