Elderflower Wine, Or?
I gotta hurry, the elderflowers are going off right now and I've lost my recipes for elderflower wine. I'm also thinking of making some infused vodka with them...kind of like gin, but not distilled. Anyone have any recipes?

I googled the wine and found that you can also dry the flowers before using them. But, regardless here is the regular recipe you needed.
