Fruit Dip

Easter Fruit Dip

8 oz softened cream cheese
1 jar marshmallow cream
Dash of vanilla

Sometimes I add 1/4 cup orange juice & grated orange rind instead of vanilla

We used to bring this along camping, when the kids were little. They loved it!

Oh my, this brings back memories. Yummmmmmmm The caterers that would bring lunches for our business meetings used to bring this. They only mixed cream cheese and the marshmallow cream and it was delicious. Adding the orange juice and rind would put it over the top. Too bad I am dieting or I would make this....
