    I just made the cheesecake mashed potatoes. While they are very cute they were a bit of a pain in the you know what to make. The cheesecake was kinda hard to mold. It was easier when it was room temperature. Maybe my cheesecake recipe was too stiff I don't know. While they will be a huge hit on Thanksgiving, not sure I will do it again.
