Hi there, Try pork loin or pork roast in crock pot with 1 pak onion soup, 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce! I just chunk up the sauce and put over the dry soup and cook low 5 hours or high 3-4. Very good!

Here's another one that had me going huh? when I first saw it a few years ago.
... I'm glad I tried it and always look forward to it during watermelon season.

Watermelon Slaw
4 - 2" watermelon wedges, rind removed
4" piece seedless English cucumber, peeled
1 large apple, cored
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. lemon juice
sugar or sugar substitute to taste

Mix lemon juice and sugar in glass bowl.
Cut watermelon, apple, and cucumber into julien strips.
Add to bowl and toss all lightly.
Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour before serving.

* I prefer a bowl with a secure lid, and then shake it all periodically, to be sure all get well marinated.
* Some feta sprinkled on top, can be a good protein addition providing a taste/texture contrast.
* Good as a main course side, although I like it as an anytime of day treat!!
