This is exactly what my mom would do for our family. My family hates it so I haven't had it in years.

And how can you, say you don't "like it" but have never tried it? Really? Hummm You might be surprised.

Ewwwww. I"m not a fan of Spam. I never have been. So I'm definitely not going to be trying this.

I love fried Spam but haven’t had it in years. Grew up eating it. Pumpkin Spam doesn’t sound good to me. I like my pumpkin in a pie.

We learn something new every day. Not to insult anyone but I had no idea Spam was still available. Needless to say I am not a fan!

My mother liked it, growing up in the 60's we ate quite a bit of it. As an adult I have never bought it - when we were first married in 1973 we bought those weird shaped canned hams. The weird jelly in it made me queasy so I stopped. A few weeks ago my DH and I were at the grocery store and they had all the spam behind glass. There were so many varieties. But I could not imagine why it had to be sectioned off like the liquor or cigarettes.

Years ago, I diced spam and potatoes in 3/8" cubes then fried it and smothered it. It is very good that way.
