My momma and I made Beet Jelly a few times! Sounds wierd, but it was so yummy!!! You use beet juice and add some raspberry jello (the powder, not the completed jello :lol: ). It doesn't even taste like beets!! :D :D

Concord grape jelly and jam, strawberry preserves, Black cherry jelly, pineapple preserves, Navel orange marmalade. So far and 6 jars fresh garlic slivers in olive oil.

That's one of my favorites, too. Although I haven't made any for quite some time. All this talk about jams and jellies really has my mouth watering. With all due regard to Smuckers and the other jam/jelly makers, store bought just doesn't hold a candle to home canned.

could you post your recipe for the tomato jelly. i am going to have tons of tomatoes this year and would like to try it.
