I recently attended a reunion where someone brought a yummy strawberry dessert and I'd love to have the recipe. I've asked around but haven't found the owner of the dessert (278 attended). Thought someone might have the recipe.

It was layered beginning with a very light chocolate cake layer. Next was a cream cheese type filler and then topped with some kind of strawberry sauce/topping.

Does anyone have a recipe that sounds like it matches the sketchy description?

I make this one and it is heavenly. I don't know if this is what you're looking for: (Sometimes I use just strawberries, sometimes I use mixed berries, sometimes I don't put on the ganache)
