I love snack mix and often make my own...ingredients depend on my mood. I started doing this to try to eat less of the high-fat salted mixed nuts that I can just inhale. I used those, plus wheat chex, mini-pretzels, M&M's and usually at least one kind of dried fruit. WalMart carries a snack mix that I just love....it has three kind of nuts, three kinds of fruit and three kinds of chips (chocolate, white and peanut butter). It is called Indulgence, I think. Comes in a big reclosable bag.

This is a great treat for the season:
Pumpkin Cream Cheese Spread
Ingredients:
1-8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
½ cup canned pumpkin
¼ cup sugar
¾ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Combine pumpkin pie spice and sugar, stir until mixed. In a medium bowl combine softened cream cheese and remaining ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve; serve with bagels or crackers of your choice.
