    Make your own pumpkin pie spice mix

    Makes 8 teaspoons of pumpkin spice.

    4 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp allspice
    1 tsp nutmeg
    Mix spices and store in an airtight container.
