My DH is hanging over my shoulder, as I am printing this YUMMY recipe. He thinks we should make it tonight, but it is way to late. I am sure I will be trying this one out very soon!! Thank you for sharing.

Use mugs that will hold 1 1/2 cups water (12 oz) for best results.
Makes 8 mug cakes.
Spray inside mugs with cooking spray.

Directions using a cake mix:
Blend 1 sm box instant pudding to any flavor cake mix.
Use 1/2 cup dry mix; add 1 egg, 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon water.
Mix for 15 seconds. Microwave full power for 2 minutes.

Did the vanilla work???? I can't ever have chocolate ever again either. So I'm trying to be good and find everything vanilla, lemon, strawberry--Hey did anyone try adding peppermint candies into the mix??

Weeellllllll, I only have microwave mugs that hold 22.2 ounces of liquid and they are the red ones for the soup I can never eat again [sigh lots of times] Will be trying this one out for certain. Wish I had powdered eggs as I have been told "never use eggs in the microwave", Only had my first micro since Christmas (2019) Friday. Trying to catch up. Was given the 3, 2, 1 cake and used it up completely. No I haven't made another bag of it Yet!!!

Opened this post because I thought this was a new exciting chocolate cake recipe. What a disappointment - a microwave mug cake that I tried some years ago, and never to be repeated.
