    Today i peel an eggplant big one and cut it cubes
    one large potato cubes
    the same amount cubes of pumbkin
    I add the with 2 spoons of v oil and some salt
    About one cup of chicken stock.
    When it is done i put it in the oven to blush her face

    Thank you for sharing! This sounds like a very tasty dish. "To blush her face" is very descriptive. If it means what think it means, in the U.S. we would say "to brown."

    I find it just amazing that we can communicate with people all over the world through this board. Last week a woman in Ireland wrote to me. Today I am reading a recipe from a woman in Jordan. Let world peace begin here with quilters!
