This was a hit tonight with company!!!

Grape Salad (serves 8)

Ingredients
4 pounds seedless green grapes
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 ounces chopped pecans
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

Wash and dry grapes. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Add grapes and mix until evenly incorporated. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans, mix again and refrigerate until serving. Can be made 24 hours in advance!!!! (in fact, it's better that way!)

I love grape salad. My sister made it recently for a family reunion and the bowl was scraped clean. Thanks for sharing.

A lady at church brings this for covered dish dinners. It is always a hit!

My recipe is minus the pecans and brown sugar, it's just added calories that aren't necessary evidently. I fix Snow Grapes frequently for family dinners, never a grape left. It's a cooling, wonderful, fast and easy dessert in Florida's HOT summer.
