I am going to try this. It sounds so easy and good. I have never used applewood seasoning but I will be on the lookout for it. Is there a brand name, like McCormicks or Durkee?

You could do, chickens, a whole turkey, ribs, etc.

Good eats!!!
I don't have a smoker but I will put your recipe in my files. I could try your seasonings on a turkey breast on a covered grill. Thank you.

Do you have a roaster? I buy the big bags of honey bbq wings at Sams, dump them in and add more bbq sauce. Cover and turn roaster on low to heat them thru. Served these at all my kids graduation parties. big hit.

if you like meatballs, my sauce recipe was a huge hit at my high school grad party. its pretty easy to, all ya do is:
take 2 pound ground beef, mix it with 1 egg, 1/4 cup chopped onions, and 1/2 cup bread crumbs. form them into balls. brown in the oven. while thats browning, combine 1 12oz bottle of chili sauce, 1 can tomato soup, and 1 16oz can cranberry sauce. once meatballs are browned pour the sauce over them and bake at 250 for about 2hours. then you can keep them hot in the crock pot during dinner.

It is McCormick's Grillmaster rub. My SIL works for SYSCO foods and told us about how good it is. First time we made it for a huge family crowd of 14 for a birthday get together for GS. Everyone said they were going to go home and make it again. I made it past weekend for visiting family and they ate a ton of it. I made some buns as well---nice recipe that starts with bread machine dough and then just shape, rise and bake. If you would like the recipe would be glad to send it along.

My grocery list is growing. They all sound so good. Pastrygrl the meatballs sound delish. The kids would love them. Thank you. I'm thinking everyone on the board is going to want these recipes for all the summer get-togethers

Yes, please. I usually make dough in my breadmaker and bake it in my regular oven. I love fresh baked bread so I am always looking for a good recipe.
