I couldn't believe it either. My Sister made several batches for a party... I ate SO much more than my share When she gave me the recipe I was surprised and happy to find a fool proof recipe at last!

I am about to make the fudge, i just want to make sure I read it right, 18 oz. of chocolate, right? I bought Gharadeli Premium chocolate, it comes in 4 oz bar. Please clarify, Thanks,

Ghirardelli chocolate will be wonderful. Yes, 18 ounces. You can make MILK chocolate fudge or DARK Chocolate fudge. Completely up to you, both are awesome. Have fun!!

Oooooooooh I am so going to make this tomorrow. AI have all but the premium chocolate and will send dh to store.

Enjoy!! My granddaughter and I are going to whip up a batch right now... in plenty of time to serve at our Christmas eve family dinner..... IF there's any left over when they arrive Wishing you ALL a wonderful Christmas weekend

I am thinking this should be sweetened condensed, but you have twice inticated it is just condensed. Before I invest in all this rather expensive chocolate, I would ask.....condensed or sweetened condensed? Thank You!!

if you watch the video you can clearly see the can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed milk.
