Thanks so much for the Beef Vegetale soup recipes. They all sound good and I hope that I am successful this time. My niece brings me veg soup from time to time, and even puts it in zip lock cartons and freezes it. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness. All I have to to do is take a carton out the freezer and pop it in the microwave. When I make my batch, I will let all of you know how successful I am, lets hope.
