Please do give me some suggestions and/or recipes for tonight's supper.

Chicken Thighs .... thawed and waiting for something to be done to them.

Preferably oven baked, so I can toss them in and forget til they are cooked.

Of course, I could just roast/bake them .... though I'm hoping all the great Quilter Cooks can inspire me to something else!

THANK YOU!!!!!!

Marinate them in Italian Salad dressing...or dredge them in dry Ranch dressing for a twist...

I've covered them in Cream of Mushroom (or chicken...or celery) soup and baked them that way...

You can boil up the chicken....then when it is done, chop it up into small peices, spray a baking pan, put the chopped chicken, any kind of canned or frozen veggies, chopped onion, cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup really doesnt matter what kind of cream soup some milk to thin out the soup, and top with a crust Or canned biscuits. and bake till the biscuits are browned.
