Please check out my post on 2-19 about the InstantPot fire dangers in the General section!! Several owners have reported fires or near fires from them and the company is urging owners to stop using them until they can investigate and recall.

Jan, I believe the problem is with the Insta Pot all in one cooker.....which isn't a pressure cooker and I believe the
company has recalled them....I haven't heard of any problems with the Insta Pot pressure cookers
