I love cucumber sandwiches! But I use a thin layer of mayo instead of butter.

Hello,
This will be an afternoon tea, in the English tradition. It is a fundraising event for our all volunteer library in a small Maine Coast town. The public is invited to purchase tickets. Sept. is lovely here. Blue sky and moderate temp. we hope. Ideas are welcome, please... Morning Glory

hi and if its an english tradation you must do a DEVONSHIRE TEA.
thats scones ,jam and cream
thats plain scones served cold not hot
jam/jelly a berry sort of jam
and the cream that goes on top is whipped cream no sugar added
sell for $5:00 a serving with tea/ coffee.
its a great way to fund raise making scones if my terms are hard working out try a cooking site to get devonshire tea details or pm me
enjoy and make lots of money

Thank You so much, Last Year I made Lemon Curd and a clotted cream as well. We do tea sandwiches and sweets and charge $10.00. We transform the library into a tea room. So it is tea among the books. Thank you. Loved to hear from You.
